Extended Coverage Area Rate Charge Information:

Service Calls outside of the SERVICE COVERAGE AREA will be billed $25.00 for each additional 10 miles each way.

Service Coverage Area is a maximum one-way travel 30 Mile Radius from Geneseo, Illinois

1/2 hr will be transferred from service call to provide for on-site to diagnose/repair/replace

Additional time beyond the included 1/2hr on-site will be billed at the regular Field Technician Service Rate

Service-calls do not cover material and/or parts costs, if they are needed

Areas exceeding 30+ mile radius of Geneseo, IL will be $25.00 each additional 10 miles each-way outside the coverage area.

Follow-up visit of original service-call for parts not on hand by technician will-not incur an additional service call charge, only hourly-rate.
